Due to significant construction and upgrades at its usual location, the Lassen Library District’s Board of Trustees has announced a temporary change of venue for its monthly board meetings. The meetings, typically held at the library on Main Street, will now take place at 60 South Lassen Street in Susanville, specifically in the office building adjacent to the Methodist Church.
This temporary relocation is expected to last for the upcoming scheduled meetings, set for November 21, 2024, December 12, 2024, January 16, 2025, February 20, 2025, and March 20, 2025. Each meeting will begin at 4 p.m.
The Lassen Library District encourages community members to attend and engage with the board during these sessions. Meeting agendas will be posted at the new location, on the library’s website, and possibly on Facebook for easier access by the public.
