The Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce is changing up its monthly community town hall with a panel of county departments.
Monday, you’ll be able to question representatives from the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office, Chester Fire Department, and Plumas County Board of Supervisors. Each representative will present a brief update and be open to answering your questions.
With the recent announcement of the sheriff’s office going to one two-man patrol vehicle during each part of the day and Chester Fire Department going through restructuring following last year’s sudden closure and firing of Cheif Layne, the room is sure to be filled as this will be your chance for transparency.
You can join the meeting at the Mt.Lassen theatre this Monday, the 23rd, at 5:15 pm. If you cannot make it, you can submit your question on a google form found on the chamber’s Facebook page.
