Flames engulfed a home on Shasta Street in Susanville late Saturday evening. Multiple agencies responded to the blaze, along with Lassen M U D to assist with fire crews with shutting off the utilities.
Witness reports indicate there were loud explosion sounds before the fire, yet an official cause has yet to be released by authorities. It is unknown as of this morning if any person was home during the blaze or if any injuries were sustained.
