The Reno Police Robbery homicide team is investigating a fatal shooting at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
Early Yesterday morning, police responded to an “active incident” in a guest’s room at the hotel. The resort confirmed there was no threat to the casino floor or the community at large.
The initial call came in around 6:15 am; officers arrived to find one man with multiple gunshot wounds. Police believe the people involved in the shooting know each other.
