The city of Susanville is inviting the community to a day on the trail.
Partnering with Lassen Lands and Trails Trust, the city is looking for those interested in helping clean up the Susan River as warmer weather welcomes more out to enjoy the sunshine.
If volunteering, you will be provided with the necessary equipment, including bags, pickers, and gloves.
You can sign up the day of the event, Saturday, April 27th, off of Bonney Way, where a sign-in booth will be stationed, or you can register early by calling the Susanville Public Works Department or visiting their Facebook page.
