California Correctional Center’s hearing is in a status of limbo as the Lassen Superior Court awaits an answer from the 3rd court of appeals. The court had last requested for an extension of Judge Nareau’s change of venue ruling asking Nareau to reconsider his decision on granting a change of venue for the State. City Attorney Margaret Long suspects a written decision from Judge Nareau is to be expected before moving forward.
