If you have old pills and other medications hanging around in your medicine cabinet Lassen County Sheriff’s office will be hosting the 22nd national prescription drug take back day. The sheriff’s office and the drug enforcement administration continue working together to help combat the growing opioid crisis across the nation by helping you dispose of your unwanted medications. The collection will be next Saturday the 30th from 10am to 2pm in the front lobby of the Lassen Sheriff’s office on Sheriff Cady Lane.
