Just announced, the Lassen County Fair has unveiled its 2024 theme: “Barnyard Bliss with a RemarkaBULL Twist.”
The fairgrounds initiated a theme contest back in August, open to all Lassen County residents, in their search to find the perfect title for next year’s festivities. The challenge was to infuse the theme with the spirit of the fair’s “RemarkaBULL” logo while adding a Wild West charm. The grand prize for the winning theme included a pair of grandstand tickets to any event and, of course, bragging rights.
Among the 90 entries received, Christy Rose’s submission rose to the top. Some of the other noteworthy theme ideas in contention were “Boots Chaps and Cowboys Hats,” “Wild West Sights and Carnival Lights,” and “Riddin, Ropin, Rockin, and Rollin at the Lassen County Fair.”

The 2024 Lassen County Fair is scheduled for July 17th to the 21st next year.
