The Quincy CHP office is on the lookout for a suspect. A person wearing an under-armor sweatshirt, heavy jacket, black gator mask, and a hat was caught on surveillance stealing a delivery truck out of Crescent Mills. The images from the cameras make it hard to make clear facial definitions, yet the department is hopeful someone may recognize the individual.
