Plumas Sheriffs have an update on the missing Indigenous man from Quincy, Billy McIntosh.
The department says unconfirmed reports indicate that Billy is safe and receiving care out of the area.
Billy was reported missing from Quincy by a family member over the weekend. He was last seen on May 20th, known not to carry a cell phone or drive a vehicle, enhancing concern for his safety from family.
The Sheriff’s office is working to confirm Billy’s reported whereabouts and will provide updates when able.
