Saturday, May 30th Memorial Day Concert
Join us this Memorial Day for an afternoon of patriotic favorites and classic Americana as we honor those who served and celebrate the men and women of our Armed Forces.
The Academy, the student division of the Symphony, includes both a Concert Band and String Ensemble. Students, open to 4th graders through adults. Here they develop their musical skills while growing in their understanding and appreciation of music. This performance will feature both ensembles, joined by several Symphony members. The Academy musicians have made tremendous progress, and the concert will even include two selections recently performed by the Symphony itself.
