The Susanville Veterans Hall Memorial building will get a new roof and drain replacement. The building has some water damage in the walls and leaks from the roof. These repairs will be beneficial to all performers and spectators. Emily Vorlisky, the director of Best of Broadway, shares her experience “when there is the weather outside, there’s weather inside.” In addition. to improving the space for those on stage. the repairs will provide stoppage from future water damage and mildew residue damage, with no more safety hazards from water puddles on the floor for all performers and spectators to enjoy a more appealing hall.
