An independent dive team recovered a body and vehicle yesterday believed to be that of Kiely Rodni, the 16-year-old who has been missing for two weeks from the area. The unified law enforcement command held a press conference at the Truckee Community Rec Center at 11 am. The Sheriff’s Office announced that the decedent inside the vehicle is highly expected to be that of Kiely, though the identity has yet to be confirmed. The investigation is ongoing. The light-colored SUV was found in only 14 feet of water in Prosser Reservoir, near Kiely’s last known location.
