An online portal is now available for your Dixie Fire Claims. As part of the PG&E settlement for their responsibility in causing the Dixie Fire, the company was obligated to make rapid payments by this summer to those who lost their homes. The goal is resolve claims within 75 days. With payment from PG&E that would fully settle and resolve any claim you have against PG7E for the loss of your home. If you participate in the Community Recovery Program direct payments you will be eligible to receive an additional 50,000 dollars if you choose to rebuild your destroyed home. To assist you with your claims PG&E will be opening a local assistance center Friday and Saturdays at the Plumas Disaster Recovery Operations center on Main street in Quincy from 9am to 6pm. You can access the online portal to submit your claims by visiting DP4CR.com.
