The Quincy rampage man has been convicted and sentenced. The Reno man, Zephaniah Mosely was arrested in September for a string of crimes throughout Quincy in the course of one night. In October Mosley was charged with 5 felony counts for arson, burglary and vandalism. He was contributed with damaging the Plumas county Museum, the Yuba Expeditions Bike Shop, Gott Powersports, and American Valley Hardware. During investigations it was found that Mosely abused substances and he had mental health issues that were also a factor in the crimes. Mosely has been sentenced to nearly three years in state prison and fined over 5,000 dollars in restitution among other fines and fees.
