Two people from Reno in their late 40s were killed in yesterday’s collision on the US 395. The incident occurred just North of Hallelujah junction. For unknown reasons and semi truck traveling at 56 mph and a toyota tundra collided head on after one vehicle crossed into the others path. The destruction was severe, both passenger and driver of the tundra, a male and female, both suffered from fatal injuries. The collision had 395 reduced down to one way traffic control for over 4 hours until tow trucks were able to arrive on scene. A medical examiner will be determining if drugs and alcohol were a factor in the collision. The driver of the semi was unharmed.
