Modoc County Office of Emergency Services and Modoc County Office of Education hosted a Mass Casualty Active Attacker training with world renown guest speaker Dr. Tau Braun.  They brought together staff from all of our schools, law enforcement, fire, hospital, OES, tribal partners, social services and public health for the day to be educated on violence prevention in Modoc.  A free Lunch was provided by  Alturas Rotary for 120+ attendees!
