The Lassen County Office of Education (LCOE) is proud to announce the success of the 40th Annual Lassen County Children’s Fair, held this past Saturday at the Lassen County Fairgrounds. The event brought together families from across the region for a day filled with fun, learning, and community connection. With free admission and a wide variety of activities, the Children’s Fair provided something for everyone. Families enjoyed hands-on games, interactive booths, live entertainment, educational demonstrations, and access to valuable community resources. These activities are all designed to support the well-being and development of children and families.
“This event is a wonderful reflection of what makes Lassen County so special,” said Patty Gunderson, Superintendent of Schools for Lassen County. “It’s incredible to see our community come together to create meaningful experiences for our children and families.”
The success of the Children’s Fair would not have been possible without the dedication and support of local organizations, volunteers, and community partners. Their participation and commitment helped create a welcoming and engaging environment for all who attended. LCOE extends a heartfelt thank you to every partner, vendor, volunteer, and family who contributed to making this year’s event so memorable. Your continued support plays a vital role in strengthening our community and enriching opportunities for our youth. We look forward to building on this success and continuing to provide events that celebrate, support, and connect Lassen County families.
