Plumas Bank Announces Leadership Promotions and Key New Hires
Quincy, Calif. April 30, 2026 — Plumas Bank has announced several leadership promotions and welcomed two new senior team members as the organization continues to strengthen its operational, client service, and financial management capabilities.
Promotions
Plumas Bank has promoted three long time, Quincy-based, team members to vice president roles:
• Kathy Beatty has been promoted to Vice President, Facilities Manager. Beatty oversees the bank’s facilities operations with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Her leadership has enhanced resilience and improved the workplace environment across the organization.
• Nicole McQuarrie has been promoted to Vice President, Lending Compliance and CRA Officer. McQuarrie has significantly advanced the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program through strong program design, data driven controls, and measurable performance improvements. She plays a key role in strengthening lending compliance and supporting strategic growth.
• Shelly Rose Pinelli has been promoted to Vice President, Client Resource Center Manager. Pinelli, a member of the Client Resource Center since 2005, is recognized for her deep banking expertise and commitment to client service. She leads her team through a dynamic client environment and supports communications and education for both clients and staff.
New Hires
Plumas Bank has also added two leaders to its team:
• Kelsey Cassinelli, CPA, has joined as Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. Cassinelli previously served as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, specializing in financial reporting, audit leadership, and complex regulatory matters. She will oversee the bank’s accounting function and support strategic financial initiatives.
• Irshad Stolden has been hired as Assistant Vice President, Business Advisor/Branch Manager for the Quincy branch. Stolden brings experience in financial operations, accounting, and community focused service, including disaster case management during the Dixie Fire and workforce development support. He will lead branch operations, staff development, and client engagement.
