Lassen County’s Building Division is now accepting building permit applications through its Online Portal for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and roofing permits.
Online applications are processed after their completeness is verified. When an application requires additional information or when the permit is ready for issuance, permittees will be notified by email.
After department review and notification, permittees will have access to pay for their permit and receive a second email for electronic signatures on the permit.
Once the permit has been signed by all parties required, permittees can then print the permit.
