Modoc County drivers! Work is getting ready to start on the Rush to Schaffer Culverts Project along State Route 299 between Adin and Canby.
Starting Tuesday, Sept. 2, crews will be replacing culverts at eight different locations to help improve drainage along the highway.
What to expect:
