The signing ceremony was attended by notable figures such as David Solo, President of Special Olympics Northern California, and Irwin Rosenberg, State Director for Special Olympics Southern California – Kern County, among others. This initiative highlights the dedication of these organizations to support and promote achievements for those with intellectual disabilities.
