Prepare for a 3-hour delay if heading down Highway 70. Caltrans District 3 reminds you that blasting operations begin today through Thursday in the Cresta area. From 8 to 11 am, Highway 70 will be closed. Following the closure, the highway will be under 24/7 one-way traffic control.
