As holiday work parties are underway throughout workplaces despite new COVID variants a study found that two-thirds of employees across the nation still want to attend an in person holiday party. Yet half of those that are in favor said they would only attend with a vaccination requirement. Californians also vastly appeal to the notion of attending holiday work parties if there is a vaccination requirement. Only about 27% of employees shared they want in person parties with no requirements. The survey was taken with the simple question on if your company hosted an in-person holiday party would you attend, with a choice of three answers, no, yes no matter what, and yes but only with a vaccination requirement. Those who were surveyed spanned industries from big tech, and banking, to major retailers.
