State water officials tell farmers who rely on state reservoirs that they will get less than planned for this year. Only 5% of requested water supplies will be given out. Not only are farmers affected but 27 million people also rely on the state reservoirs for their drinking and bathing needs. Californians will be urged to conserve water yet again. Despite a few wet months California’s drought outlook as improved minimally forcing the reduction.
