PARADISE, Calif. – A car slammed into a house in Paradise early this morning, but fortunately, no one was hurt. The crash happened at 7:51 a.m. on Camino Lane.
According to the Paradise Police Department, the driver told officers she had fallen asleep at the wheel after completing a shift at a local hospital.
The vehicle crashed into an elderly woman’s bedroom, striking her bed while she was asleep. Miraculously, she was unharmed.
Authorities said repairs on the home are already underway.
