Marysville Police Chief Christian Sachs Placed on Administrative Leave

The City of Marysville has placed Chief of Police Christian Sachs on administrative leave as of Friday, April 11. City Manager Jim Schaad stated that the reasons for this action are confidential due to privacy laws and internal policies. The length of Chief Sachs’s leave is currently undetermined, but the city has assured the public that all appropriate protocols are being followed.
