Doug LaMalfa Supports EPAs Plan to Revise Waters of the United States Definition

This morning Doug LaMalfa joined EPA Administrator Zeldin as he announced plans to work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to review the definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS). During the Obama and Biden Administrations, landowners had their rights severely curtailed due to overly expansive interpretations of WOTUS. Doug is grateful for both the Supreme Court and the Trump Administration for reining in abuse and restoring the intent of WOTUS. He looks forward to the clarity, reasonableness, and fairness that the revised rule will bring.
