Westwood Lumberjack Clay Breakers take 1st place in Conference 2 for the second year in a row. Westwood competed for five weeks with weekly shoots and scores beating six other schools. This is the second year our team has had ten committed shooters.
Returning shooters: Ryan Nelson, Jace Vaca, Kody Vaca, Reece Gibbs, Bryson Hart, Brian Ojeda, Zane Wyrick. New shooters: Aiden Griffin, Dalton Griffin and Elaina Strand.
We would like to thank all of our donors this year as we received enough money to purchase ALL of our ammunition, clay targets, new ear and eye protection, cleaning supplies, shirts and hats. Also, we would like to acknowledge Coaches Cassie and Phil Lemaster and our committed parents, Shaun and Katie Vaca and Jeremy and Jodi Griffin for making the season successful.
We look forward to our practice fall season where we will ramp up for a competitive spring 2026 where schools will be gunning for the crown. Go Westwood!
