Lassen Athletics is proud to announce that three more Cougar Baseball standouts are continuing their academic and athletic journeys at the next level. These student-athletes have led with toughness, competed with pride, and left a lasting mark on our program.
Brock Bunker → West Texas A&M
A native of Chehalis, Washington, Brock closes out his Cougar career as a two-time All–Golden Valley Conference selection. Known for his consistency, grit, and ability to lead by example, he now joins one of the top programs in the Lone Star State.
Gabriel Smitherman → Eastern Oregon University
Gabriel’s path has been one of quiet dedication, steady improvement, and love for the game. His growth throughout his time at Lassen has prepared him well for the next chapter at Eastern Oregon.
Logan Cadenhead → University of Dubuque
Logan gave everything he had over three seasons—competing with heart, leading with integrity, and setting the standard for what it means to be a Cougar. He now continues his journey at Dubuque, where we know he’ll continue to make an impact.
We’re proud of Brock, Gabriel, and Logan and excited to see what’s ahead as they take the next step in their baseball journeys.
Once a Cougar, always a Cougar!
