As of January 11, 2026, we are thrilled to announce that our first Historic Longboard Revival Series race of 2026 is a go(1/18/26), provided Mother Nature cooperates with us. This year, we invite you to join us in supporting a fantastic event. Sierra Smoke Show will be serving delicious treats BBQ at the world famous Intorf lodge, and the Quincy High School Ski Team will be serving treats and raising funds to enhance their program. Enjoy the music of the Lost Sierra Jubilation Orchestra on the deck, and stay warm and toasty by the lodge fire while exploring merchandise and the hill’s history.
The local chapter Las Plumas Del Oro Chapter No. 8 of the Clampers will be managing the start and finish line for us, and State Parks will be offering hot cocoa plans to have the park museum open as well. Local Beer and wine will also be available for sale. We encourage everyone to bring a reusable cup to limit plastic use on the hill, though we will have some for sale if needed. Please note that parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will provide a small shuttle from the parking lot to the lodge for those who need it. We have a shuttle service from the lower museum parking to the main lot from 10am to 3pm.
We are also looking for volunteers to assist on race day. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact PSC Board President Greg Hinds at [email protected]. As of last Sunday, we have a safe and acceptable race course, but weather conditions over the next week could change this. Please stay tuned for updates
