More Ways to Purchase
SUSANVILLE, Calif., November 9, 2021 — We are pleased to announce more ways to
purchase the Lassen National Forest Christmas Tree permit. You can purchase them in person at two of
our District Offices or at one of our partner vendors in your area. Trees are $10.00 each with a two
household limit.
We are proud to partner with local business throughout the Lassen National Forest communities.

Reminders:
• Sales for Christmas tree permits have begun on November 1, 2020.
• Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, our offices have limited in person hours.
• The Shasta-Trinity National Forest will no longer be selling permits for Christmas trees to be cut on the
Lassen National Forest.
• Lassen National Forest Christmas Tree Permits cannot be purchased online.
Please call your local Ranger District Office for more information about our vendors and our limited office
hours.
• Please only use marked Forest Service roads when searching for your perfect Christmas tree.
Due to a front office renovation the Almanor Ranger District will not be having in person office hours.
