Indian Valley Museum is calling all treasure hunters and history buffs alike! If you’ve ever dreamt of uncovering the hidden gem in your attic The Indian Valley Museum, also known as the Mt. Jura Gem and Museum Society, is hosting an event you won’t want to miss.
Mark your calendars for May 11th, because that’s the day when the museum will seem more like Antiques Roadshow, but with a dash of small-town charm! Between 10 to 4 you can bring up to four of your prized possessions to be evaluated by professional appraisers. To raise funds it will cost you $5 per item or four items for $15.
The event is for everyone to enjoy as a lunch will be available from 10 am to 2 pm, and while you’re there, you can take a stroll through the Indian Valley Museum itself, open to visitors from 10 am to 4 pm.
Located in the quaint and historic town of Taylorsville at 4578 Cemetery Road.
