Three Year Murder Investigation Leads to Arrest of Couple Who Once Lived in Plumas County

After a three year murder investigation two people previously from Plumas county have been arrested. Jack Hasbrouck of Oregon was discovered dead in the woods of Beatty Oregon in March of 2018 where Investigations concluded he had died due to homicidal violence. During the three year investigation of multiple leads Jeremy Milton Lacy and Eileen Gay Lacy were determined to be the suspects. The married couple once lived in Quincy and Taylorsville. Yet the couple was taken into custody after CHP officers first located Jeremy Lacy traveling on hwy 299. The couple has been indicted by the Klamath County Grand Jury.
