The Lassen County Cattlemen & Cattlewomen are excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for the 37th Annual Taste of Beef, Sip of Wine,
taking place on Friday, February 14, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Due to last minute venue changes, the event will now be held at the Lassen County Fairgrounds in Jensen Hall.
This signature 21+ event is one of Lassen County’s most anticipated evenings, bringing together nearly 500 attendees to enjoy locally raised Lassen County beef paired with a selection of wines, craft beers, and beverages from across the West Coast. This year’s theme, Boots, Beef & Bordeaux, sets the tone for a festive night of great food, drinks, and community. In addition to tastings, the evening will feature a silent auction, offering guests the chance to bid on unique items while supporting a meaningful cause. Proceeds from Taste of Beef, Sip of Wine directly fund agriculture youth scholarships, helping local students pursue education and careers in agriculture and related fields.
