The annual leaf collection program in Susanville is concluding on December 6th. Residents are invited to drop off securely tied bags of leaves at the vacant lot located at the intersection of Skyline and Numa Road. Each bag should not exceed forty pounds and should be placed only in the designated area. Only leaves are accepted.
