You have just over a week left to get to the Susanville DMV office before it closes for renovations through September. The office will be updated with new bathrooms, interior hardware, T.V. upgrades, new paint, floors, signage, water station, and furniture. If you have to visit the DMV in person you will have to travel to Quincy, Fall River Mills, or Chico. Though you can get more done online as the DMV offers more services through their portal eliminating previously required in-person visits including driver’s license and vehicle registration renewals. The renovations at the Susanville office will begin after the work day on Wednesday, July 13th. The offices are scheduled to re-open by Thursday, September 8th at 8 am.
