There will be a special meeting of the Susanville City Council this week with only one item on the agenda. The council will be asked to consider authorizing the finance manager to increase the expense budget under the Senate road repair bill fund to purchase a surplus bureau of land management grader. There will be a time for you to speak to the council if you choose to do so following approval of the agenda. The meeting will be held tomorrow at 2:45 pm at City Hall if you wish to attend.
