Diamond Mountain Golf Course has been given 5,000 dollars in a donation from the Susanville Auto Center. City Administrator Dan Newton at the City Council meeting shared that in 2020 the city entered into a lease agreement with a company to lease maintenance equipment for the golf course. The first year of that lease an anonymous donor donated 5,000 dollars for payment. The Susanville auto center agreed to pick up the remaining four years of the lease. The city council accepted this 2nd year’s donation from the Susanville Auto Center Wednesday at their regular meeting.
