Customers at Susanville Ace Hardware helped raise $1,000 in support of the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics during the store’s June Round Up campaign.
The fundraiser allows customers to round up their purchases at the register, with the additional donations going toward supporting Special Olympics athletes and the law enforcement officers who help organize and champion the program.
Store officials thanked the Susanville community for participating and said every customer who chose to round up helped make a difference.
The donation will support the ongoing efforts of the Law Enforcement Torch Run and Special Olympics programs.
