As firework booths begin to line Main Street in Susanville in preparation for the upcoming holiday, Susanville Fire reminds the community about changes to city code and how to be fire-safe during your celebrations.
Sales for ‘Safe n’ Sane’ fireworks will begin this Friday through July 6th at noon. If you buy early, you will need to hold onto your fireworks to use until the 4th of July holiday. Use before the holiday can result in a citation.
