State Route 36 – Fredonyer Summit

Work continues near Fredonyer Summit in Lassen County! Crews with Caltrans District 2 and prime contractor Tullis, Inc. have paved the temporary detour, and upcoming work includes striping, rumble strips, erosion control, grading, and new signage.

 Motorists should continue to plan for 24/7 traffic control in the area with delays of up to 10 minutes.

 All work on the temporary detour is expected to wrap up by mid-November, weather and operations permitting.
