As of Thursday evening, State Route 299 in Canby is fully open to traffic. Fire crews responded quickly, keeping the burn area under five acres. Emergency personnel remain on site to ensure the fire is completely out and no longer poses a threat. Drive carefully through the area as responders continue their work.
