Plumas District Hospital has been gracious enough to provide our athletes with free sports physicals for the coming school year. Student-athletes are required to have a physical annually (they are good for one calendar year). Student-athletes may not participate unless they have a current physical on file. We have 60 appointments available and they will be assigned as they are requested as long as appointments are available. Please email me if you would like to reserve a spot ([email protected]). You will need to arrive at your appointment with a completed physical form (I will send this to you once you have confirmed your appointment). This form can also be accessed on the school and district websites.
