A single vehicle roll-over on hwy 44 left a driver trapped inside their vehicle. Late Wednesday evening a white truck was traveling hwy 44 west of McCoy when the female driver lost control, resulting in the truck to come to rest on its roof. The driver was temporarily trapped inside the vehicle, CHP officers arrived and were able to assist. The 35 year old driver was not injured yet it was concluded by the officers that she was driving under the influence resulting in the collision and has been charged with a misdemeanor DUI.
