— Seneca Healthcare District is pleased to announce the addition of Grace Vondra, MSN, AGACNP‑BC, to its medical staff at the Lake Almanor Clinic. Grace will be taking over the established practice of Lori Koehler, continuing the high‑quality, compassionate patient care Lori has provided to the community.
Grace brings nearly two decades of diverse healthcare experience, with an extensive background in acute care, internal medicine, women’s health, and critical care. She is a board‑certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP‑BC) with clinical and professional experience spanning major health systems across California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.
Most recently, Grace served as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner at UC Davis Medical Center, following previous roles with Team Health, KP Medically Home, and Sound Medical Group. Her earlier career includes a broad range of ICU, PACU, ER, and medical-surgical nursing positions across multiple states, giving her a well‑rounded understanding of patient needs across care settings.
Grace earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and holds multiple active state RN and NP licenses. She maintains certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and has clinical NP training across emergency medicine, internal medicine, and women’s health.
“We are excited to welcome Grace to the Seneca Healthcare District team,” said Brady Haynes, COO. “Her depth of clinical experience and commitment to patient-centered care make her an exceptional fit for our community. We are confident she will provide continuity and excellence as she assumes Lori Koehler’s practice.”
Grace shared that she is looking forward to becoming part of the Seneca community and continuing the trusted relationships Lori built with her patients.
She will begin seeing patients in March and appointments can be scheduled by contacting our scheduling team at the Lake Almanor Clinic at District Clinic at 1.833.227.3743 or email [email protected].
