REQUEST FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Seneca Healthcare District, referred to as the District, will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing to the District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Seneca Healthcare District Replacement Critical Access Hospital + Skilled Nursing Facility (the “Project”). Bids will be received at the Administration Office, Seneca Healthcare District, 199 Reynolds Road, Chester, CA 96020, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024
All the information needed for bidding can be accessed from the District’s website at www.senecahospital.org/bid.
A NONMANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 2/13/24 at 10 am (RSVP to [email protected]) to review the Project’s existing conditions at the future Project site located immediately adjacent to 199 Reynolds Road, Chester, CA. Representatives of the District will be present. Additionally, a NONMANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 2/15/24 at 3 pm (RSVP to [email protected] for Zoom link) to review the Project and answer questions from prospective Bidders in an open forum via Zoom.
