A Quincy mans dies after being struck then ran over in the Safeway parking lot of the Plumas Pines Center. Early Tuesday morning 57 year old Michael Probst of Quincy was walking across the parking lot when a Dodge 2500, driven by 58 year old Brian Cote, of Calpine made a turn that ultimately struck and traveled over Probst. He died at the scene from his injuries. The incident is under investigation, you can contact CHP at 283-1100 with any information.
