Plumas Supervisors Tackle Broadband, Leadership Changes, and County and Special District Appointments

Plumas Supervisors go straight to business in the new year, meeting today at the Quincy Courthouse.

Notable items on the agenda include a discussion on a Draft Broadband Strategic Plan for the county, the appointment of a new Chair, and

Vice Chair on the supervisor’s board, the seat of board chairperson currently held by Greg Hagwood.

Several special district positions will also be appointed, and the supervisors will accept the resignation of interim county counsel Sara James, who will return to the counsel III position, and appoint Joshua Brechtel, the current Deputy County Counsel III, as the Interim County Counsel.
