Plumas Sierra Fair Manager John Steffanic takes a seat on the Western Fairs Association (WFA) Board as Chair of the Board of Directors.
He will serve the board for a three-year term, helping make decisions that govern the activities and policies of the association. The WFA, founded in 1922, is a nonprofit trade association serving the fair industry throughout the western US and Canada. The association’s primary purpose is to assist in maintaining professional standards within the fair industry.
Steffanic calls himself “darn lucky” to be a fair manager. He has served the Plumas Sierra County Fair for the past 15 years.
